Úprava procesu adaptace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is aimed at the evaluation of the employee adaptation process in a selected company. The aim of this work is to analyze this process and propose, based on the finding results, measures to improve. This work is composed of two parts. The first part is devoted to the theoretical field, which related with adaptation system. In the following practical part is description of the selected company and make analysis of current system by questioning method. Then in this bachelor thesis are described, based on the results of questionnaire survey and structured interviews, proposed changes to improve the current system.
