Abstract

Analyzing the present level of marketing communication Business Academy in Olomouc and then designing recommendations leading to its effectiveness at both the potential and the current students was end of my thesis. The main source of information has become a quantitative and qualitative research conducted with current students of the school. Results of investigation showed, that the major problem was that the school does not use trends of marketing communication. The school management should integrate to existing communication mix viral and direct marketing.
