Zememeračské činnosti pri výstavbe distribučného centra v Žilině

Abstract

Predmetom diplomovej práce sú komplexné geodetické činnosti v investičnej výstavbe distribučného centra so skladom a k nim prislúchajúce vyhotovené geodetické podklady častí dokumentácie. Cieľom práce bolo okrem popísania geodetických úloh jednotlivých etáp výstavby aj priblíženie stavebných prác pre lepšie pochopenie a ozrejmenie situácie. Práca je členená do troch základných časti. Prvou sú práce pred výstavbou, konkrétne, ide o rekognoskáciu staveniska a jestvujúceho objektu, vybudovanie základnej vytyčovacej siete stavby Kinekus a zameranie konštrukčného a osového systému jestvujúcej stavby skladu. Ďalej sú to geodetické práce počas výstavby, a to špeciálne založenie stavebného objektu pomocou vŕtaných pilót a triskovej injektáže, vytýčenie polohy hlavných osí stavby, vytýčenie polohy debnenia základov monolitickej časti stavby, vytýčenie polohy debnenia monolitických stĺpov a k nim prislúchajúce geodetické časti dokumentácie skutočného vyhotovenia stavby. Na záver výstavby bola vyhotovená dokumentácia skutočného vyhotovenia stavby Kinekus.

The subject of the diploma thesis is complex geodetic activities in the investment construction of the distribution center with warehouse and the relevant geodetic documentation of the parts of the documentation. In addition to describing the geodetic tasks of individual stages of construction, the aim of the work was also to approach building works for better understanding and clarification of the situation. The work is divided into three basic parts. The first is the construction before construction, namely, the reconstruction of the building site and the existing building, the construction of the basic layout network of Kinekus and the design of the structural and axial system of the existing warehouse building. In addition, geodetic works during the construction, namely the foundation of the building with the help of drilled piles and truck grouting, the positioning of the main axes of the building, the positioning of the basement of the monolithic part of the construction, the positioning of the monolithic posts, and the relevant geodetic parts of the actual building documentation. At the end of the construction, documentation of the actual execution of the Kinekus building was prepared.
