Vliv univerzit na rozvoj regionu

Abstract

Oblast vzdělání se v současné době stále více dostává mezi diskutované témata při řešení rozvoje regionu. Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku vysokoškolského vzdělání ekonomického směru a jeho vliv na rozvoj Moravskoslezského kraje. Pouhá přítomnost univerzit v regionu utváří vzdělanostní kapitál území. Kraj dlouhodobě vykazuje nadprůměrnou nezaměstnanost a vysoké migrační saldo. Cílem práce bylo zjistit vliv a dopad přítomnosti studentů a absolventů ekonomických fakult vybraných univerzit v kraji. Dále se práce zabývá nezaměstnaností absolventů v kraji. V první teoretické části jsou uvedeny charakteristiky pojmů souvisejících s regionálním rozvojem a znalostmi. Druhá kapitola popisuje vývoj vysokého školství v ČR, charakteristiku vybraných fakult univerzit, zabývá se metodologicku částí práce a popisuje kraje podle vybraných ekonomických ukazatelů. Poslední praktická část zkoumá stav a vývoj absolventů EKF a OPF a dále počty nezaměstnaných absolventů těchto fakult. Konec kapitoly shrnuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření a z rozhovoru. Na základě těchto skutečností navrhuje doporučení pro zlepšení situace.

The education is currently increasingly getting to discussed topics in solving region's development . The thesis focuses on issues of higher economics education and his influence on the development of the Region. A mere presence of universities in region constitutes the educational capital of the territory. Region is showing above-average unemployment and high net migration. The aim of thesis was to determine the influence and impact of the presence of students and graduates of selected economic faculties of universities in the region. The thesis also deals with unemployment of graduates in the region. The first theoretical chapter shows the characteristics of the concepts related to regional development and knowledge. The second chapter describes the development of higher education in the Czech Republic, the characteristics of the selected faculties of universities, engaged in the methodological part of the thesis and describes a region by selected economic indicators. The last practical cheapter examines situation and development of graduates EKF and the OPF and the number of unemployed graduates of these faculties. The end of chapter summarizes the results of a questionnaire survey and interviews. On the basis of these facts suggests recommendations for improvement situation.
