Abstract
The bachelor thesis is focused on "Labor productivity management in the production enterprise". The aim of this work is to analyze the current state of labor productivity management at ITT Holdings Czech Republic s.r.o. and propose to refine its management.
In the theoretical part the bachelor thesis deals with the theoretical definition of labor productivity and methods of lean production to support the management of labor productivity.
The practical part contains an analysis of the current state of labor productivity management, how to deduct labor productivity, its evaluation and work with acquired data under the conditions of ITT Holdings Czech Republic s.r.o.
