Zhodnocení příjmů obce Valašská Bystřice dle druhového členění

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá hospodařením obce Valašská Bystřice se zaměřením na druhové hledisko příjmů rozpočtu v letech 2010 až 2020. Teoretická část shrnuje nejpodstatnější poznatky z oblasti veřejné ekonomie, veřejné správy, územní samosprávy až po hospodaření obce. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu obecního rozpočtu jako celku a následně je proveden rozbor jednotlivých druhů příjmů rozpočtu obce dle druhového členění na daňové, nedaňové, kapitálové příjmy a přijaté transfery. Na základě získaných poznatků z teoretické a praktické části bakalářské práce je zhodnoceno její financování a struktura příjmů, které se ve sledovaném období nejhojněji vyskytovaly a bez kterých by obec nebyla schopna své výdaje pokrýt. Jako jsou daňové příjmy a dotace zejména ze Státního fondu dopravní infrastruktury.

The bachelor thesis is focused on an economical management of the village Valašská Bystřice with aim on the generic aspect of budget revenues in the years 2010 to 2020. The theoretical part summarizes the most important findings in public economics, public administration, local government and the management of the village. The practical part contains an analysis of the municipal budget as a whole and then there is an analysis of individual types of revenue of the municipal budget according to the type of tax, non-tax, capital revenues and received transfers. Based on the knowledge gained from the theoretical and practical part of the bachelor's thesis, its financing and income structure are evaluated, which were the most abundant in the observed period and without which the municipality would not be able to cover its expenses, for example Tax revenues and subsidies mainly from the State Fund for Transport Infrastructure.
