Magnetotaktické bakterie

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá shrnutím současných poznatků o magnetotaktických bakterií. V úvodní části je popsaná historie objevu magnetotaktických bakterií a je zde sepsaná obecná charakteristika těchto bakterií. Dále jsou zde popsány mnohobuněčné magnetotaktické bakterie a jejich životní cyklus. Druhá část se věnuje morfologii a fyziologii magnetozomů, dělení magnetozomálního řetězce a procesu biomineralizace. V této práci je rovněž zahrnut seznam významných druhů magnetotaktických bakterií. Poslední část bakalářské práce je věnována využití magnetozomálních nanočástic v biotechnologiích.

This dissertation provides a summary of up-to-date knowledge of magnetotactic bacteria. The opening part surveys the history of the discovery of magnetotactic bacteria and summarises the general characteristics of these bacteria. Characteristics of multicellular magnetotactic bacteria and their life cycle is described. The second part deals with the morphology and physiology of the magnetosomes, the splitting of magnetosomic chain and the process of biomineralisation. The text also includes a list of important species of magnetotactic bacteria. The concluding part of the dissertation is dedicated to the application of magnetosomic nanoparticals in biotechnologies.
