Multikriteriální pohled na zadluženost vybraných měst v České republice

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá multikriteriálním zhodnocením subjektů územní samosprávy, přičemž jejím cílem je zhodnotit zadluženost okresních měst ČR s využitím multikriteriální analýzy v období 2010 – 2020. Cílů je dosaženo pomocí multikriteriální analýzy metodou váženého součtu, metodou určení vah stejné důležitosti a metodami popisné a komparační analýzy. K ověření statistických hypotéz jsou použity statistické testy Kendallův test a Kruskal-Wallisův test. V letech 2010, 2011, 2018, 2019 a 2020 nebyla zjištěna lineární souvislost mezi výsledky multikriteriální analýzy metodou WSA a počtem obyvatel okresního města. V letech 2012 – 2017 byla zjištěna statisticky významná záporná a malá lineární souvislost mezi výsledky multikriteriální analýzy metodou WSA a počtem obyvatel okresního města. Dále bylo zjištěno, že mezi mediány výsledků krajů dle metody WSA nejsou v jednotlivých hodnocených letech statisticky významné rozdíly.

The diploma thesis deals with multicriteria evaluation of local government entities, and its aim is to evaluate the indebtedness of district cities in the Czech Republic using multicriteria analysis in the period 2010 – 2020. The statistical tests Kendall's test and Kruskal-Wallis' test are used to verify statistical hypotheses. In 2010, 2011, 2018, 2019 and 2020, no linear relationship was found between the results of the multi-criteria analysis using the WSA method and the population of the district cities. In the years 2012 – 2017, a statistically significant negative and small linear relationship was found between the results of the multi-criteria analysis using the WSA method and the population of the district cities. It was also found that there are no statistically significant differences between the median results of the regions according to the WSA method in the individual years evaluated.
