Územní studie - nového využití lokality "Podharť" v Hradci Králové

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je návrh oživení stávajícího sportovního areálu v severní části města Dvůr Králové nad Labem. Nejprve byl zjištěn stávající stav území, jeho urbanistické a technické podmínky, na základě kterých byl vypracován urbanistický návrh ve dvou varian-tách. První varianta je řešena jako sportovní areál s krytým bazénem a počítá s možnosti ubytování. Druhá varianta je navržena jako centrum pouze se sportovními plochami tak, aby některá sportoviště mohla být provozována celoročně. Pro vybranou variantu bylo zpracováno podrobnější řešení technické a dopravní infrastruktury, orientační ekonomický propočet a vizualizace území.

The aim of this thesis is the upwards recovery of the existing sports complex in the northern part of the city Dvůr Kralove nad Labem. For the first time I detected current state of the area, its urban and technical conditions and I developed two variants on this basis. The first variant is designed as a sports center with indoor swimming pool and allows for the possibility of accommodation. The second variant is designed only as a center of sports surfa-ces and it´s possible to carry on whole year. I prepared detailed technical solutions and transport infrastructure, indicative economic calcu-lation and visualization urban design for the selected variant.
