Abstract

Igor Krčmář The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in our newly proposed urban location in Moravská Ostrava. The work follows the architectural study created in the Architecture Design Studio IV and the documentation, which was processed in the Architecture Design Studio Va. The work is divided into two parts - the text part and the drawing part. The apartment building is designed as a four-storey solitaire with a ground-floor commercial parterre and an underground garage running through the entire block.
