Problematika investičního rozhodování ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The work is focused on problems of investment decision-making in case of estate development. The first part deals with general determination of investments – structure, stages of investment projects and risks. The second part is devoted to investment appraisal and funding, especially to various evaluation methods of investments, source of funding and capital expenses. The practical part is covered for a particular company investment in a development of its own estate with stress on investment appraisal and options for investment project funding.
