Abstract

This thesis deals with the use of undeveloped land in the village Pržno. Specifically, the development area Z1, for which is necessery to make the land use study. Attention is focused on the functional use of the area, the creation of urban sub-center, defining areas of public and private use, design solutions to public areas including transport and technical infrastructure and functional layout of building plots. It also includes a proposal for a model house with built-in area for seasonal accommodation. This proposal also includes a brief assessment of the cost of implementing in the proposed scale, equipment for public space with transport and technical infrastructure.
