Optimalizace opatření k ochraně obyvatelstva v obci Kozmice

Abstract

The thesis deals with the protection the of population in the Kozmice village. It discusses the issue of potential threat of the village. The first part explains the concept of protecting the population and community characteristics. The second part provils an analysis of potential threats to community emergencies and some methods of risk analysis. Risk analyses are performed using the analysis and planning of measures to protect the population used in Canada and by the Sféra application including a review of emergencies which may occure in this arrea. In the last part are the currentand proposed optimal security to protect the population in the Kozmice village.
