Analýza optovláknového interferometru zaměřeného na měření rychlosti a směru pohybujících se objektů

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the development and analysis of an interferometric sensor aimed at measuring the speed and direction of moving objects. The work summarizes the methods and devices that are currently used to measure traffic in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, this work provides an overview of the most common fiber optic sensors that are commonly used today. This thesis deals with the principle of the function of interferometers and the description of the individual interferometer configurations. This work describes the construction of an interferometric sensor aimed at measuring the speed and direction of moving objects. This sensor was tested in laboratory conditions and then subjected to testing in external conditions. Several versions of the sensor were tested. The output of the work is a graphical and verbal evaluation of several tested versions.
