Porovnání předpokládaných a skutečných rizik realizace vybrané investice

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním předpokládaných a skutečných rizik vybrané investice. Zvolenou investicí je investiční projekt, jehož cílem je výstavba nové paroplynové elektrárny. Výstavba nového energetického zdroje je první svého rozsahu v České republice, což je samo o sobě rizikem. V první teoretické části je vysvětlen pojem riziko, druhy rizik, metody analýzy rizik a co vše zahrnuje management rizik. Druhá část představuje samotnou investici, její projektové řízení a způsob řízení rizik v dané společnosti. V samotném závěru je porovnání předpokládaných a skutečných rizik projektu a jejich zhodnocení.

To compare supposing and real risks of given investment is the main objective of my bachelor thesis. The investment I have selected is a project consisting of erection and operation of a new combine cycle power plant done by (manufacturer) in the Czech Republic. Taking in consideration that implementation of said project of such scale is the first in the Czech Republic that fact can also be regarded as risk in itself. The risk definition, various kinds of risks, methodology of the risk analyses and risk assessment create first theoretical part of my thesis. The second part of my thesisis is detached to the project management system of the said investment and the risk assessment system introduced at our company. Comparison and review of assumed and real risks for the given project is mentioned in conclusion of the thesis.
