Vlastnosti betonů a malt s ternárními pojivy

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zkoumání vlastností malt s ternárními pojivy, zejména pevnostní charakteristiky spolu s mrazuvzdorností malt. V teoretické části je pojednáváno o ternárních pojivech, procesu denitrifikace a využívání odpadních produktů ve stavebnictví. Teoretická část také obsahuje popis zkušebních metod, které byly v experimentální části použity. V experimentální části je popsána příprava zkušebních těles, složení maltových směsí, vyhodnocení zkoušek a porovnání jejich vlastností. Porovnávány byly malty s čistým popílkem a malta s popílkem po denitrifikačním procesu vždy v kombinaci s mletým vápencem, a zároveň porovnávací cementová malta normového složení.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to investigate the properties of mortars with ternary binders, especially strength characteristics together with mortars frost resistance. The theoretical part deals with ternary binders, the denitrification process and the use of waste products in the building industry. It also contains a description of the test methods used in the experimental part. The experimental part describes the preparation of test specimens, composition of mortar mixtures, evaluation of tests and comparison of their properties. Compared were pure fly ash mortar with mortar with fly ash after the denitrification process, they were always compared with ground limestone, while comparative cement mortar of the standard composition.
