Abstract
My thesis is the topic of application of internal benchmarking of quality technicians at PEGATRON Czech s.r.o.
The work is divided into two parts. The first part describes the theoretical approach to the issue. The second part deals with the application of internal benchmarking in the company. Benchmarking is carried out in four phases, namely planning, data collection, analysis and improvement. The phase of improvements shall be made recommendations and suggestions for improvement.
