Posouzení systému získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je posouzení systému získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. První částí práce jsou teoretická východiska a zaměřují se na popis teoretických informací zpracovaných podle dosažených znalostí a z odborné literatury. Zde jsou popsány jednotlivé procesy a metody dané problematiky. Druhá část se zabývá představením vybrané firmy, její historií a činnostmi, kterými se zabývá. Třetí část je věnována analýze zaměstnanců, procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců a výsledkům dotazníkového šetření v této firmě. Poslední část pojednává o návrzích a doporučeních, které povedou ke zlepšení procesů dané firmy v této oblasti.

The theme of the bachelor´s thesis is evaluating employee recruitment and selection system in a selected organization. The first part is theoretical basis and it focus on the theoretical information processed by the acquisition of knowledge and of technical literature. There are described individual processes and methods of the issue. The second part deal with the presentation of the selected company, its history and business. The third part is devoted to analysis of employees, the process of recruitment and selection of employees and the results of the questionnaire survey in this company. The last part is about the proposals and recommendations that will improve the company's processes in this area.
