Abstract

Two different ways of administration process during ordering procedures in Inc. Czech Coal (Service and Mining company) are compared in this thesis. First part describes implementation and gradually modernization nowadays process. The system was divided into two parts. The first one deals with purchasing and second one solves administrative measures. Using computers and electronic systems is mentioned in the second part of this thesis. Selection and demand procedures are considered as well. The author tries to describe both systems in details and gives example in order to explain financial saving, when the new system is used.
