Abstract
This diploma thesis analyzes Improving the Quality of Employee Appraisal System in a Selected Company. This dissertation is divided into two parts, one part is theoretical and one part is practical. This is then further divided into seven chapters including an Introduction and a Conclusion. The theoretical part of this dissertation focuses on Management of Human Resources, Performance Management and Employee Appraisal system. This dissertation will focus on the characteristics of the selected company. For the practical part of this dissertation; the current employee apprasial system will be described and analysed. A questionnaire has been created and used to collect information to allow this dissertation to gather additional data. The analytical section of this dissertation was based on the data collected from the questionnaire for improvement of the employee Apprasial System. This information has then been used to make recommendations to improve the selected companies current system.
