Abstract

The thesis treats of an overview of used technical devices of automation and some possible applications of these technologies for quarries are designed here. In the first part there is an explanation of the functions of the drive system stations and the long distance control. Further the system ZAT 2000 MP, used to control of the long distance belt transport, is described. Next part is focused on the analysis of possibilities of the technical solution for communication networks determinated for data transfer. Subsequently implemetation options inclusive of the process of the test the functionality of the unit CME XX are explained. The penultimate part evaluates the functionality for specific applications. In the end of the thesis is an recommendation of the steps, which schould help to improve the use of information and control technologies for the long distance belt transport.
