Abstract

ULLMANN F.: APARTMENT HOUSE – NOVÁ KAROLÍNA: Bachelor thesis. Ostrava: VŠB – Technical univerzity of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architekture, 2020, 44 p., Supervisor: Ing. arch. Igor Krčmář The subject of my bachelor thesis is the processing of project documentation for implementation of the „Apartment house – Nová Karolína“ – the building intended for sale of residential premises and rental of retail space in the center of Ostrava, according to Decree 499/2009 Coll. on building documentation. The basis for processing the documentation of the construction was an architectural study elaborated in the subject Studio Art V., which was based on the urban study in the subject Studio Art III. Both led by Ing. Igor Krčmář. The building is 5 storeys. Five floors and one underground floor. The building is designed for housing and is complemented by a cafe. In this bachelor thesis the architectural study was completed into the documentation for the construction according to the conditions of the bachelor thesis.
