Výzkum motivace a stimulace zaměstnanců ve vybraném průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na motivaci a stimulaci zaměstnanců ve společnosti Magna Automotive (CZ) s.r.o. a je konstruována do dvou podstatných částí. První část práce pojednává o charakteristikách teoretických východisek, jako výzkum, stimulace a motivace apod., dále je zde uvedena charakteristika zkoumané společnosti. Druhá část práce je věnována výzkumu motivace a stimulace zaměstnanců ve společnosti prostřednictvím dotazníků. Obsahem dotazníku jsou jednoznačně formulované otázky, na které zaměstnanci společnosti odpověděli a tím poskytli vstupní data pro zhodnocení studie. V závěru práce jsou tato vstupní data analyzována a vytvářejí tak jasnou představu o tom, jak společnost motivuje a stimuluje své zaměstnance.

The thesis is aimed at the stimulation and motivation of the employees of the company Magna Automobiles (CZ) s.r.o. and is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the attributes of the theoretical basis such as research, stimulation, motivation etc. Later, we have mentioned the attributes of the researched company. The second part of the thesis deals with the survey of the stimulation and motivation of the employees of the firm by means of questionnaires. The questionnaires contained simple questions, which were answered by the employees and gave the initial data for the evaluation of the study. In the conclusion, the above mentioned initial data was analysed and create a definite idea of how the company stimulates and motivates its employees.
