Odpadové hospodářství vybraných obcí v Ústeckém kraji

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of waste management of selected localities from the Ústí nad Labem Region. The thesis in the second chapter acquaints the reader with the legislative definition of waste management. In the following chapters of the third and fourth chapters, the issue of the town of Lovosice and the municipality of Vrbičany is already addressed, which is first an analysis of the current state, for which data for the period 2018 to 2021 are used in the amount of waste handed over from the groups mixed municipal waste, paper, plastic, glass and biodegradable waste. There is also a comparison between the city and the municipality in the amount of waste handed over and in their possibilities regarding waste sorting. The fifth chapter presents several options for streamlining waste exports and possibilities for possibly reducing the amount of mixed municipal waste handed in. In the last chapter, a summary of the whole diploma thesis is made.
