Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to establish a procedure for designing a photovoltaic energy source for an industrial building. The thesis includes a description of the components of photovoltaic power plants and their selection based on various aspects. The second point is a list of standards and legislative regulations and decrees related to the design of photovoltaic systems. The following part is devoted to the procedure of designing a photovoltaic power plant based on the Building Act, the Energy Act and other administrative and technical knowledge in the construction of a photovoltaic power plant, supplemented by the knowledge gained in practice. The last part is devoted to a practical demonstration of a real PV power plant put into operation.
