Abstract

Bachelor´s studie is oriented to competitiveness of family business. The goal of this studie is to work out suitable solutions and recommendations that will lead to strengthened competitiveness of specific business. The first theoretic part describes small and medium businesses, problematic of family businesses; competitiveness’s and tools of its measurements. Following second analytic part describes the chosen family business. It also researches its situation with help of analysis mentioned in the theoretical part. The last part judges situation of chosen firm. Based on the unsatisfying results of analysis describe solutions and recommendations that will lead to the improvement of the situation and to strengthened competitiveness of the family business.
