Abstract

SLANINOVÁ, Karin: Family House in Těrlicko, Bachelor's Thesis, Ostrava, 2025, VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture. Thesis Supervisor: Ing. arch. Filip Slivka.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the preparation of partial construction documentation for the execution of a detached family house on plot no. 3925/7, cadastral area Horní Těrlicko, in accordance with Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on Building Documentation.

The basis for the thesis is an architectural study from the course Architectural Design Studio 1 – academic year 2021/2022, supervised by Ing. arch. Daniel Vaněk, Ph.D. This study was further developed and reworked in the course Architectural Design Studio 5 – academic year 2024/2025, under the supervision of Ing. arch. Filip Slivka, in cooperation with building construction consultant Ing. Nikola Vavřínová.

The bachelor's thesis includes construction project documentation and a written part consisting of an introductory, summary, and technical report. The appendices contain drawing documentation of the designed building and its architectural rendering. The thesis specialization is building technical systems.
