Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on change in legal form of undertaking business from natural person to limited liability company. The thesis is divided into two sections. First section is aimed at concepts related to legal forms of business, family business and their strenghts and weaknesses, chosen analysis and challenges faced when selling business. Second section introduces Leos Kubik’s business, followed by illustration of undertaken procedures necessary when transforming legal form of business, transferring single-entry accounting into double-entry accounting, and when selling business. In addition, a detailed describtion of process of transfer of business from single-entry into double entry accounting and business sale is provided.
