Analýza vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí firmy Temex, spol. s r.o.

Abstract

Cílem mé diplomové práce je provést analýzu vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí společnosti Temex, spol. s.r.o., která se zejména zabývá výrobou jednoúčelových strojů, automatizací, klimatizací a vzduchotechnikou. V první části mé diplomové práce jsem teoreticky uvedla hlavní analýzy, které k tomuto tématu patří. Jedná se zejména o tyto hlavní analýzy jako je Porterova analýza pěti sil, PEST analýza, Portfolio společnosti a jako poslední SWOT analýza. V této části jsou informace čerpány z doporučené literatury. V druhé části se teorie aplikuje do praxe. Pomocí podložených podkladů od vedení společnosti sestavuji dříve zmíněné analýzy. Jako na závěr sestavím u SWOT analýzy poziční mapu díky, které určím budoucí scénář společnosti.

The aim of my thesis is to analyze the external and internal environment of the company Temex, Ltd., which is mainly engaged in the production of special machines, automation and HVAC. In the first part of my dissertation I theoretically described the main analyzes which belong to this topic. In particular, these are following main analyzes such as Porter's five forces analysis, PEST analysis, company portfolio and finally SWOT analysis. In this section, the information is taken from the recommended literature. In the second part of my work theory is applied into the practice. I used evidence-based information provided by the management of the company, it helped me to prepare previously mentioned analysis. As a result, with the help of SWOT analysis, I will put up positional map thanks to which I will determine the future scenario of the company.
