Analýza online obchodů s chovatelskými potřebami a krmivy

Abstract

Theme of my baccalaureate work is Analysis of Online Pet Stores. I’m trying to analyze customer’s opinions, attitudes and satisfaction with provided services. The work will be solved especially by primary research. I believe my findings and recommendations will be useful and will even improve current situation concerning discontent and distrust in on-line shopping.
