Zhodnocení finanční situace vybraného podniku

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je finanční analýza vybraného podniku. Rozbor se týká společnosti Alfa, s. r. o. v období od roku 2006 do roku 2010. V první části je definována teorie finanční analýzy, její jednotliví uživatelé, zdroje informací a vybrané metody, které jsou následně použity v praktické části. V druhé kapitole je stručně charakterizována společnost Alfa s. r. o. Obsahovou náplní třetí části je zhodnocení finanční situace podniku, které bylo zpracováno pomocí metod horizontální, vertikální a poměrové analýzy. Na závěr je provedeno komplexní zhodnocení výsledků této analýzy.

The aim of this thesis is a financial analysis of the selected company. The analysis refers to Alfa, Ltd. in the period from 2006 to 2010. In the first part there is a definition of the theory of financial analysis, the individual users, information sources and selected methods, which have been then used in the practical part. In the second chapter there is a brief characterization of the company Alfa Ltd. The content of the third part is the analysis of the company situation that was processed via methods of horizontal, vertical and ration analysis. In conclusion I have made a complex evaluation of these analysis results.
