The topic of this thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of civic amenities. It is a primary school building in the village of Mistřice. The building of the primary school is three-storey, without basement, it is a brick building with a rectangular floor plan made of the POROTHERM brick construction system, which is covered with a single-skin flat vegetation roof. The diploma thesis further includes the technical report, the thermal technical assessment of peripheral structures, the energy label of the building envelope and the static calculation of the selected structural element, in this case the staircase arm.
