Abstract
The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current system of education and development in a selected organization. The first part deals with the theoretical background of education and its methods.
The second part captures characteristics of the selected organization. Followed by an analysis of the system of education and development, which is elaborated using methods of internal document analysis, oral questioning and questionnaire survey. The last section provides suggestions and recommendations for improvement. The conclusions allow the management to improve the effectiveness of the system of learning and development of employees.
