Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on an motivation program in the company. The aim of the thesis is analysis of motivational program of company. This thesis explain how human motivation work and also describe motivation theroies. In practial part of this work is processed questionnare research and designed new solutions of motivational program of company based on the research. The important part of this bachelor thesis are employes benefits and options of aplication this benefits.
