Abstract

ABSTRACT This work deals with issues of the act of searching for employees. The goal of this task is to analyse the current process of employee recruitment in customer service centre of the joint stock company GE Money, also carrying out the research and processing proposals and recommendations contributing the process of improvement. The theoretical part describes the theoretical basis of recruitment and selection of employees. The practical part is divided into partial chapters. This part contains the characteristic of the General Electric focuses mainly on joint-stock company GE Money. Following chapters contain previously mentioned analysis of the current process of recruitment and selection of employees, research, investigation and suggestions for improvement. The analysis of the current recruitment process and selection of employees is about the individual steps how to gain employees and about used selection methods in the organization. This research is done on the basis of a questionnaire among existing employees. The base of the comparison gained by the study of the technical literature, analysis of the current recruitment process and the selection and implementation of the research, the proposals and the study of the technical literature, analysis of the current recruitment process and the measures the selection and implementation of the research, the proposals and the measures of improvements, are evaluated. The possibility of using bulletin boards at educational institutions and other findings are leading to the continuous improvement. The proposals indicate the possibility of using bulletin boards, educational institutions and other evidence leading to the continuous improvement of recruitment and selection process of employee recruitment process are indicated in the proposals. The suggestions and recommendations follow from the evaluation of the gain process and from the eye selection of the existing company employees.
