Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of economic perfomance of a specific business organization, namely The Co-operative Trade Farm Lesna, residing in Lesna. In the theoretical part, there are explanations of selected concepts from the field of business performance, which also include history and characterization of selected methods. In the practical part, the performance evaluation of the Co-operative Trade Farm Lesna is carried out by applying the individual methods. The following chapter is dedicated to suggestions and recommendations that would lead to an improvement of the current financial situation of the business organization. The cucial ideas from this chapter are summarized in the conclusion of the diploma thesis.
