Abstract

Master's thesis deals in detail with summer festival Colours of Ostrava, which belongs between multi-genre festivals. The aim was to focus on customer satisfaction of festival Colours of Ostrava to identify to what extent they are satisfied with the services that were offered either on site or outside the organization itself and Colours of Ostrava. Through personal and electronic questioning, data were collected which became necessary for the analysis. From the collected data it was possible perform classification of first and second degree. The classification of First degree was characterized the sample and the resulting basic statistics were generated graphs. Based on the classification of second degree of independence can be tested using Pearson's χ ² test. Through the analysis it was possible to create a positional map, semantic differentials, through which gave determine visitor satisfaction of the festival Colours of Ostrava. Based on the results, the proposed recommendation, which should lead to greater visitor satisfaction for future years.
