Abstract
The aim of this thesis is creating summary of the theoretical knowledge, concerning marketing research and it´s practical fulfilment too. The theoretical part of this thesis contains knowledge about marketing research for example it´s development, division and usage. Practical part of this thesis is concerned with performing marketing research of the customer´s satisfaction for Avion Shopping Park Ostrava. In this part there is information which I gained by filling in a questionnaire with 150 people. This information was analysed and arranged into charts and diagrams to evaluate customers´ satisfaction with for example different types of shops and accessory services offered by the Avion Shopping Park Ostrava or fastfoods and restaurants offer.
