Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with liability of authorized person with partial focus on insurance of professional liability. The aim of the thesis is to assess the liability for damage of concrete project architect working in the construction field; it is applied on project works in gas and water management fields; insurance of professional liability is evaluated as well. Theoretical part of the thesis is mainly devoted to determination of basic terms such as self-employment, authorization and authorized person including the entire authorizing cycle. Further, there is general liability for damage discussed in detail and determined that dealing with liability of the project architect working in the construction field. In practical part, the activity of concrete project architect is described and possible liability he faces is shown at the most often cases. In this part of the thesis, there are analyzed all possible insurances, which this concrete project architect has to and should taken out.
