Památky UNESCO ve vybraném španělském městě a jejich vliv na cestovní ruch

Abstract

This thesis is focused on the monuments inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in selected Spanish city. Its aim is to determine how the chosen UNESCO Monument affects the tourism in the territory where it is located and what is its overall impact on the economy of this area. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first one contains theoretical bases from the fields of cultural heritage and tourism in Spain. The second chapter, which is crucial for fulfilling the objective, analyzes the selected area of tourism and the attendance of the selected UNESCO Monument. The last chapter presents an assessment of the impact of the monument on tourism area in which it is located.
