Abstract

The main aim of this thesis is to determine the total value of the FK Baumit Jablonec a.s., and will be used for property valuation method and the actual value of the substance´s awards will be determined at 30. 6th 2010th.

Thesis is dividend (except introduction and conclusion) into free parts. The heoretical part describes the theoretical principles of valuation of terms, such as the value of the company, various approaches to valuation, the actual definitive of business purpose of the valuation process of valuation and the existing methods of valuation. In the next chapter is characterized by a reputable body FK Baumit Jablonec a.s., with regard to fundamental data, historical definition, the activities of the club and it is applied method of strategic analysis, SWOT analysis and financial analysis. Practical chapter deals with the valuation of the football club, which was adapted to the characteristics of the operator. An integral part of the valuation of players who are essential, but the law on accounting unrecorded component of the football club. The result is the specific value of FK Baumit Jablonec a.s. expressed in koruna.
