The subject of my diploma’s thesis " Territorial study of the area for leisure activities, Hodonín" is the preparation of territorial study of the former water training ground area, of military brownfield, located on the outskirts of the Hodonin near the river Morava. The aim is to make underexploited and dilapidated area nice place for leisure activities. There are currently organize cultural events for which is created sufficient facilities, while new premises used for leisure, sport and recreation according to LUP. Much of the area is in the Natura 2000 and in floodplains, for that reason is just north of the territory determined for larger building interventions which is recommended in documents from MO Hodonin. In the study I have tried to support the natural character of the place, create a connection to the adjacent wetlands and rise today neglected environment around the river. There are two variants they differ in demolition and construction work and slightly in building utilization. One variant has more detailed solution of technical and transport infrastructure and also has soluted each building by volume study.
