Analýza motivace a odměňování zaměstnanců v zemědělském družstvu

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current system of motivation and remuneration of employees in the agricultural cooperative and to find out the attitude of employees to work motivation and satisfaction, including suggestions of possible recommendations and changes. The first part of the thesis is focused on theoretical and methodological background related to the topic. In the second part, the characteristics of the cooperative, the analysis of the current system of remuneration and research by means of a questionnaire survey are carried out. The research results are subsequently evaluated and possible recommendations and changes are proposed on the basis of these results.
