Aplikace institutu oddlužení podle české právní úpravy ve vybraných případech

Abstract

The goal of this diploma thesis is to theoretically define basic terms of insolvency law focusing on the issue of debt relief and analyze the practical application of the institute of sheltered housing in the process of debt relief for a selected sample of debtors. The diploma thesis is based on current legislation of the Insolvency Act with regard to the legislative changes caused by the current Coronavirus pandemic. The practical part of this work includes an analysis of 7 debtors, for whom the protection of their housing was assessed in connection with the institute of sheltered housing. The output of the analysis is the evaluation of the calculation of the value of sheltered housing of each debtor and the effectiveness of this institute in practice.
