Abstract

The result of my thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the implementation of construction according to Decree 499/2006 Coll. [4] (as amended later) about the documentation of residential buildings in Valašské Meziříčí. The design follows up to Atelier´s work V. from 2018/2019, where have been analyzed the territory. In Valašské Meziříčí there is not enough housing for young couples. There is a great demand for this type of housing. The object of the apartment building on this plot respected the area of family houses. By connecting the greenery that passes through the building and the transition of the terraced houses into family housing, it has made this transition of both directions even more refined. The building is trying to be more connected with the territory. At the same time, they are not afraid to bring something new and unconventional to the place. Using alternative ways to play with matter through gradation and creates a drama with Corten and wooden cladding of the building. In creates a play of light and colour. It will change during the years.
