Zhodnocení systému plošného pokrytí

Abstract

The aim of this master thesis is to assess the non-standard procedures and tools which are helpful in implementation of fire brigade deployment and fire alarm plans. The sources of GIS module, which was produced by fire brigade of Plzeň district, are applied in specific area and after that evaluated with regard to possible use in routine practice. Next part of the thesis explains the principles which are considered for foundation of fire protection organization in Germany. Upon discovered pieces of knowledge, specific quantities are obtained in the Czech system. These quantities are used in the evaluation of the Czech and German model of fire brigade deployment. Further attention is focused on certain »achieve rate«. In Germany this is one of the basic standards and represents probability of meeting set requirements.
