Stanovení hodnoty podniku z odvětví těžebního průmyslu vybranými metodami

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to determine the market value of chosen company at 1st of January 2011. The two-phase method of DCF-Entity and the method of EVA-Entity are applied. The thesis is divided into two main parts – theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the methodology of business valuation, including theoretical procedure of business valuation and describes various methods used to determine the value of the company. The practical part is concerned with the introduction and characteristic of chosen company, financial and strategic analysis, long-term financial plan, and estimation of the cost of capital and business valuation by DCF-Entity and EVA-Entity. The results are compared in the conclusion and there is performed sensitivity analysis as well.
