Dopravní obslužnost v Pardubickém kraji

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je charakterizovat dopravní obslužnost v Pardubickém kraji. První část je zaměřena na vysvětlení základních pojmů dopravy, je uvedena charakteristika dopravní infrastruktury a dopravní obslužnosti. V kapitole je podrobněji popsána dopravní politika státu, její hlavní úkoly a financování dopravní infrastruktury a dále je obecně popsán integrovaný dopravní systém. Druhá část je věnována charakteristice Pardubického kraje, jeho dopravní obslužnosti a je uvedena charakteristika organizátora veřejné dopravy OREDA. V kapitole je podrobněji popsán vývoj integrovaného dopravního systému IREDO, integrovaného dopravního systému Pardubického kraje a zavedení integrovaného dopravního systému IREDO na území Pardubického kraje. Třetí část se věnuje zhodnocení nově zavedeného integrovaného dopravního systému IREDO a navržení opatření, která by vedla ke zlepšení dopravní obslužnosti území.

The subject of diploma thesis is characterizes the transport services in Pardubice Region. The first part of the thesis is focussed on explaining the basic concepts of transport, characteristics of transport infrastructure and transport services is listed in the this part. The chapter describes in detail the state transport policy, its main tasks and financing of transport infrastructure and next is described the integrated transport system. The second part is devoted to the characteristics of the Pardubice Region, his transportation services and characteristic of the Oredo organizer of a public transport. The development of the integrated transport system IREDO, integrated transport system of the Pardubice Region and introduction integrated transport system IREDO in the Pardubice Region is detailly describes in this chapter. The third part of the thesis is devoted to evaluation new established integrated transport system IREDO and to proposing measures that would improved transport servises in the region.
