Abstract

The topic of this diploma thesis is the solution of sanitary instalation – inernal sewerage and internal water supply of an apartment building with a doctors’s office. Part of the proposal is the use of waste heat from gray watter, rainwater infiltration and the design of sewer and water supply connections. Parts of the diploma thesis are also an energy label of the building envelope and thermal technical assessment of building structures. The apartment building is designed as a four storey building without basement, containing 13 residential units and a doctor’s office on the first floor. The content of the text part consists of a technical and accompanying report and of a chapter containing discussion of the use of waste heat from gray water. The drawing part consists of documentaition according to the scope of the diploma thesis assigment. Documentation is elaborated according to valid standars and regulations.
