Abstract

Theme of bachelor thesis is to assess the economic Situation of the company in the graphics arts industry. The goal of this thesis is to assess financial Situation of Kartis+Co Ltd. using financial analysis and then suggest ways to improve it. Using the methods of observation to determine whether in manufacturing proces are any obstacles that could lead to a deterioration of the economic Situation and then propose solutions to overcome them. Ishikawa diagram will help to determine the causes and concequences of the identified problem. The goal is also to determine possible adverse economic Situation of the company using standardized interview. Thanks to the methods and analysis the main problem was found the problem, which leads to deterioration of the economic Situation of the company. According to it were made proposals , which can lead to improving.
